WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fluent in English & Spanish Dependable, punctual, and professional Must have reliable transportation Strong sales skills and a closer mentality Motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized with strong time-management skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media, and technology Coachable and willing to learn Sales experience preferred, but not required
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual English/Spanish required Must pass a background check Must have or be willing to obtain a General Lines Insurance License within 90 days We cover all licensing-related costs!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Generate and follow up with leads Schedule appointments and identify customer needs Quote and sell insurance products Close sales with new and existing clients Meet new business production goals Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate customer support Build referral and networking relationships Input quotes for customers and prospects Coordinate with lenders and mortgage companies Answer client questions and assist with their insurance needs
