• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

• Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
