Salary Range:
$14.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a fantastic presenter. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Professional phone etiquette. Career minded vision. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
