We are an independent insurance agency focused on providing personalized service and helping our clients find coverage that fits their individual needs. We are open to considering full-time or part-time candidates for this position. Compensation is based on experience and includes a base pay + commission , providing additional earning potential based on sales performance. Responsibilities Generate new business and identify sales opportunities Quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including home and auto insurance Follow up with prospective clients and leads Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients Explain coverage options, deductibles, limits, and available discounts to clients Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Assist clients throughout the quoting and policy-binding process Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems Meet individual sales goals while providing excellent customer service Work collaboratively with the Pearwood Insurance team to grow and retain agency business Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License•
