Salary Range:

$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License. Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role where building relationships was the main focus. Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and on the phone. Basic proficiency with computer systems and insurance software. High school diploma or equivalent. Active Life & Health license is a bonus but not required. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to understand what they need to feel secure and protected. Draft insurance proposals that offer genuine value rather than just a quote. Maintain an organized daily schedule to follow up with leads and current policyholders. Maintain a daily outbound call volume of 150 calls a day. Market to lenders and other businesses that can refer you clients. Keep our records accurate and up-to-date to ensure we stay compliant and efficient. Educate clients on their coverage options so they feel confident in their financial decisions.
