Bilingual Insurance Sales Producer Aaron Vallejo Insurance Agency Round Rock, TX Job Details Permanent | Full-time $35,000 - $65,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Spanish English Property & Casualty License Prospecting Insurance sales Life & Health Insurance License Full Job Description What You'll Do Follow up with new leads and potential customers Quote and sell auto, home, renters, commercial, and life insurance Build relationships with new and existing clients Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers Identify opportunities to bundle policies and cross-sell additional coverage Follow up consistently with leads until they make a decision Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Use our CRM and insurance systems to manage leads and sales activity Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the growth of the agency What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish - required Strong communication and people skills Confident and comfortable making phone calls Sales experience is a plus, but insurance experience is not required Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems Professional, positive attitude Reliable and able to work independently Must be willing to obtain a Texas insurance license if not already licensed
