Insurance Sales Agent (Hiring licensed only) Tyler, TX | Full-Time | In-Office Base Pay (hourly)
+ Commission Health Insurance | PTO
+ Holidays | About the Role We're looking for someone who is energetic and smart. Someone who is ready to grow, professionally and financially. Someone who is eager to learn and absolutely crush their goals. This is a Phone Sales role for P&C 100% of your time will be spent calling, quoting, sending proposals and closing deals -Then, doing it over again. If you like process and routine, this position has a lot of it. You'll be backed by daily leads, strong training, and a motivated team in our downtown Tyler office. What You'll Do Handle phone and web leads Make outbound calls to build your pipeline Follow up with clients and new prospects Sell P&C policies (auto, home, boat, condo, umbrella etc.) Hit personal and team sales goals What We Offer $80,000-$100,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission) Health insurance Paid time off , holidays, and sick days Monday-Friday schedule In-office role located in downtown Tyler Full sales training and daily lead support Ready to grow with a winning team?
