SNELLING
is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for a well-established insurance agency in Tyler, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. This Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent position will be a temp-to-hire, meaning that while
SNELLING
would work with you through the consideration and interview process and Snelling would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process renewal quotes Shop rates and coverage options through multiple insurance carriers to obtain the best solutions for clients Review and compare insurance products and pricing Maintain accurate client records through data entry and database updates Process applications and follow up on required documentation Send, collect, and upload verification and policy-related documents Communicate with clients regarding policies, renewals, and coverage questions Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Assist with administrative support and policy servicing activities Participate in weekly team meetings and goal reviews
Required Qualifications:
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License Previous insurance industry experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred:
Personal Lines insurance experience Experience with EZLynx software Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems
