Job Title:
Account Manager / Insurance Sales Agent (In-Office)
Location:
Orem, UT (in-office)
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch at 1:00
Pay:
$55,000/year base, plus bonus/commission About Keystone Insurance Keystone Insurance is an independent agency serving Utah families and businesses for over 23 years. We're a second-generation, family-run agency — now part of Highstreet Insurance Partners — which means we have the backing of a national platform and the feel of a local team that knows each other's names. We broker for more than ten carriers, including Bear River Mutual, Progressive, Geico, Auto-Owners, Travelers, Liberty, and Chubb. That last part matters if you're in sales. When a rate goes up, you're not stuck explaining it — you re-shop it. You get to keep the client and write the business. What You'll Do This is a sales role built on warm ground. You're not cold-calling strangers off a list. Cross-sell existing clients (the auto-only households that need home, the homeowners with no umbrella, the landlords without the right policy form) Rewrite and remarket current clients across our carrier lineup when their rate or situation changes Write new business from referrals, inbound leads, and our mortgage and lending referral partners Run full coverage reviews and quote complete packages rather than one-off policies Follow up on quotes until they close, persistence is most of this job Keep your pipeline and client records current in HawkSoft What We're Looking For Someone comfortable talking to clients with great people skills Someone who follows up without being told to Comfortable asking for the sale and equally comfortable hearing no Organized enough to run multiple open quotes without losing track Clear, professional communication on the phone and in writing Utah P&C license preferred. If you're the right person without one, we'll pay for the course and exam!. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required) This Is a Career Position, Not a Stopgap We invest real money and months of training before this role pays us back.
