full-time Commercial Insurance Account Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support commercial insurance clients and manage day-to-day account servicing. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial client accounts, renewals, and ongoing service needs Serve as a primary client contact and provide responsive customer support Prepare proposals, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation Address coverage, billing, claims, and service-related questions Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve client and policy issues Maintain accurate client records and update agency management systems Prepare reports and assist with special projects as needed Participate in continuing education and collaborate with team members Qualifications 1-2 years of insurance account or relationship management experience Eligible to obtain a P&C insurance license Experience with agency management systems; Applied Epic preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a hybrid environment Authorized to work in the United States
