Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Deep familiarity with the local Spotsylvania and Northern Virginia insurance landscape. Responsibilities Build and nurture long-term relationships with local families and business owners by understanding their specific risk needs. Develop personalized protection strategies that go beyond a standard policy to offer genuine peace of mind. Review existing client accounts regularly to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
