Salary Range:

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency development. Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales production targets. Strong comfort level with public speaking and facilitating group training sessions. Advanced knowledge of life, annuity, and health product portfolios. Prior experience mentoring or managing sales professionals is highly valued. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and onboard new insurance agents to grow the district office. Provide ongoing mentorship to agents to ensure they possess the tools and confidence to succeed. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency's footprint in the Richmond area. Host regular workshops and training sessions focused on technical product knowledge and sales techniques. Analyze district performance data to identify areas for improvement and celebrate team victories. Maintain active engagement with community organizations to increase the agency's local presence.
