Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Previous experience working in a customer-facing sales environment. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Ability to commute daily to our Warrenton office. Strong organizational habits and attention to detail. Clear, empathetic communication style. Prior experience with agency management systems or similar CRM software. Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to identify their coverage gaps and insurance needs. Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that offer genuine value. Service existing policies by answering questions and adjusting coverage as life events occur. Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems to maintain a high standard of service. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure our clients receive a consistent and positive experience. Keep up to date on industry trends and product changes to ensure your advice remains sharp and accurate.
