Ready to take ownership of your book and work with clients as more than just a service contact? We're looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team where you'll have the autonomy to manage client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with experienced insurance professionals. The Job Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and their day-to-day insurance needs. Partner with producers and clients throughout the renewal process, including coverage reviews, needs analysis, strategy discussions, and marketing when needed. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsive service, and a consultative approach. Help clients understand their coverage, emerging risks, market trends, and changes that could impact their businesses. Manage complex accounts and high-level service needs while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional coverage and cross-selling when appropriate. Conduct client meetings virtually and in person, providing strategic guidance around their overall risk management needs. Collaborate with internal teams, carrier partners, and producers to deliver a seamless client experience. What We're Looking For Commercial Lines Account Management, brokerage, agency, underwriting, or other relevant insurance experience. Strong knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages. Active Property & Casualty license required. Ability to confidently manage client relationships at both a service and strategic level. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, renewals, and competing priorities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team. Why You'll Want to
