Orion Insurance Group is looking for a full time, confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level insurance broker trainee.

Salary Range:

$45,000 to $50,000 a year, Monday thru Friday. Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Contact businesses and private individuals to promote products, services.
• Insurance product education.
• Servicing Clients. Requirements
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
