Responsibilities Generate leads and build strong, long-term client relationships Educate customers on insurance products and protection options tailored to their needs Conduct policy reviews and assist with renewals and coverage changes Maintain accurate records of all client interactions Participate in team challenges, community outreach, and agency marketing initiatives Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to recommend and sell appropriate products Qualifications Active Property & Casualty License (Do not need to interview. Takes about 2 weeks to obtain and would be required before starting) Active Life & Health License (preferred, or will need to obtain within 90 days) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset Bilingual (Spanish)•a plus
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$45,000•$80,000 per year (Base pay starting at $40,000 + commissions & annual bonuses)
