Insurance Account Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview No two days look the same at Jeri Mainer State Farm. We are hiring an Insurance Account Specialist in Spokane Valley, WA who enjoys variety — helping existing customers with their policies one hour and winning a brand-new customer the next — and who wants to own those relationships for the long haul. An active Property & Casualty license is required for this role. Responsibilities Serve as the customer's point of contact for quotes, coverage changes, billing questions, and policy reviews Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Benefits Base pay plus performance-based commission
