What You'll Do As a Personal Insurance Producer, you will focus on generating new business, developing client relationships, and helping individuals find insurance coverage that fits their needs.
Responsibilities include:
Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and proactive outreach. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Market and sell personal insurance products, including auto, home, umbrella, and related policies. Establish long-term relationships with clients and provide a high level of service throughout the sales process. Work toward individual sales and new business production goals. Maintain organized and accurate client information and documentation. Learn and effectively use agency management systems, carrier platforms, and other sales technology. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Required Qualifications Washington State Property & Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment. At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, retail, banking, hospitality, or customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems and software. Self-driven, dependable, and motivated by goals and results. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of experience in the insurance industry. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or more complex personal insurance accounts.
