What You'll Do Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products and services Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and help close sales Follow up on leads and uncover cross-sell opportunities Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to support retention and loyalty Develop knowledge of the local market and help grow the agency Represent the American Family Insurance brand with professionalism and energy What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of sales experience preferred, including activities such as: Prospecting Cold calling Networking Marketing Preparing quotes Delivering presentations Property and Casualty insurance license We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and excited to grow.
