What You'll Do As an Insurance Producer, you'll help customers throughout the sales process—from the first conversation to closing and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone and other communication channels. Learn about customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Explain Farmers insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly. Prepare and present quotes and insurance proposals. Follow up with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward. Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM. Build lasting customer relationships through professional and responsive service. Identify opportunities to generate additional business through referrals and existing relationships. Work with the team to share ideas, improve performance, and achieve sales goals. Compensation $50,000-$70,000 base salary + commission Your compensation includes a competitive base salary with additional commission opportunities based on your sales performance. You should have:

An active Property & Casualty Insurance license . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. The ability to manage multiple customer opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline. Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device. Authorization to work in the United States.
