1720942 WV Property & Casualty Insurance Agent - Temp-to-Hire United Talent is seeking a professional, customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for a temp-to-hire opportunity with an established insurance agency in West Virginia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Schedule & Pay :

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Starts at $17.00/hour. Once fully trained commission structure will be implemented Responsibilities The Insurance Agent will work directly with current and prospective customers and will be responsible for: Answering incoming customer calls and providing professional assistance Discussing customers' insurance needs and coverage options Preparing and providing insurance quotes Assisting customers with changes to existing insurance policies Reviewing policy information and answering general coverage questions Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective policyholders Maintaining accurate customer and policy information Entering and updating information within Agency Matrix CRM Completing general clerical and administrative duties Processing insurance-related documentation and correspondence Following up with customers regarding quotes, policy changes, renewals, and requested information Maintaining confidentiality of customer and policy information Working with insurance carriers and agency staff to resolve customer questions or concerns Insurance Knowledge Candidates should have a basic understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products.
