$80,000•100,000+ DOE Position Summary A respected financial institution is seeking an experienced Underwriter / Portfolio Manager to support commercial lending activities, credit analysis, portfolio management, and client relationship development. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial real estate, construction lending, hospitality, or commercial loan portfolios and enjoy working in a relationship-focused banking environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and underwrite commercial loan opportunities. Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and credit risk. Prepare credit presentations and recommendations for loan approval. Manage and monitor commercial loan portfolios. Maintain client relationships and support business development initiatives. Ensure documentation, covenant tracking, and regulatory compliance. Identify and mitigate portfolio and credit risks. Partner with lending teams to support growth and portfolio performance. Assist with cross-selling banking products and services. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial lending, underwriting, or portfolio management experience. Experience with commercial real estate (CRE), construction, hospitality, or commercial business loans. Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills. Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral analysis, and risk management. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools. Bilingual Mandarin preferred but not required.
