Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a pipeline of new / renewal business accounts
• Collect and obtain all necessary and required documents
• Complete all account and client forms required for carrier submission
• Submit accounts to carriers to obtain quotes
• Document all correspondence and key details within CRM and Agency Management applications
• Keep track of, and follow-up on, all pending quotes
• Respond to underwriting inquiries and requests for additional details
• As quotes are received, proactively review accounts to identify items that should be
• Strategically assess quotes received to recommend / determine the ideal carrier selection
• Prepare customer proposals
• Send out finalized documents for customer signatures
• Partner with account servicing team to assure accounts are entered into our System
• General miscellaneous tasks as required by management

Requirements:

• Knowledge of program underwriting
• Commercial Lines experience
• Communicate effectively with brokers, underwriters, customers, and sales representatives
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 (i.e., outlook, word, excel, etc.)
• Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs as required

• Friday | 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM The pay is up to $75K based on experience

Pay:

Up to $75,000.00 per year
