Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Three or more years of experience in direct sales or insurance consulting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals. Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within local professional groups. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus. Working knowledge of industry-standard CRM platforms. Responsibilities Identify and engage with new leads throughout the Bel Air community to grow our local presence. Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to identify gaps and offer meaningful, protective solutions. Represent our agency at local business gatherings and community events to build authentic connections. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, ensuring that every inquiry receives a thoughtful, timely response. Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure client applications are handled with precision and care. Provide ongoing support to policyholders, acting as their primary advocate whenever questions or life changes arise.
