                            • Active Maryland RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
                            • Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred; strong telemetry, PCU, or step-down experience strongly valued
                            • First-time travelers with solid higher-acuity experience may be considered
                            • Current BLS certification required
                            • CPI certification required
                            • NIHSS certification required
                            • ACLS preferred
                            • Ability to manage a high-acuity telemetry patient load
                            • Comfortable with floating within scope
                            • Flu vaccine required;

                            • Provide safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric telemetry patients
                            • Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient status promptly
                            • Administer treatments and support management of complex medical conditions
                            • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to promote quality patient outcomes
                            • Perform and document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient education
                            • Support care for patients with CHF, COPD, NSTEMI, atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, sepsis, and renal failure/AKI
                            • Manage common telemetry-unit skills, including oxygen therapy, IV care, dysrhythmia interpretation, and cardiac drip monitoring
