Description Maintain responsibility for a portfolio of insurance programs. Provide; leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to underwriting staff. Bring deep knowledge of products, underwriting and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Manage underwriting files, including policy reviews, inspection reports, and endorsement documentation Manage new business flow and authority guidelines Grow internal and external relationships Market intelligence, underwriting, carrier appetites and underwriting guidelines Hire, train and mentor Build and sustain a high performance culture through an entrepreneurial approach
