full-time We are currently recruiting for a US M&A Tax Specialist to join a leading transactional liability insurance underwriter. As part of a strategic growth plan they are now looking to recruit an experienced Tax Insurance Underwriter or qualified M&A tax specialist from an advisory firm.

Responsibilities:

Handling the entire underwriting process (with specific focus on the US), starting with confidentiality agreements, preparing non-binding indications, drafting policies, negotiating contract terms and preparing underwriting requests. Issue of policy documents Establishment and development of international broker and customer relationships Building relationships with law firms in different jurisdictions

Requirements:

Ideally, a degree in law / commercial law / business administration or in another relevant M&A environment, e.g. Corporate finance in the Big 4 or Banking Several years experience underwriting Tax Liability Insurance or advising on private equity M&A and / or renewable energy tax credits from a consultancy environment.
