Job Overview Reagan Companies is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing professional to join our Commercial Lines team. This technical role is responsible for managing the marketing and placement process for both renewal and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial insurance knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We are open to hiring at either the Marketing Specialist or Senior Marketing Specialist level, depending on experience and demonstrated expertise. Senior-level candidates should have experience independently managing complex placements, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters across nationally recognized and highly rated insurance carriers. Collaborate with multiple team members across the organization to execute new business and renewal strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and the overall client experience. Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetite changes, and regulatory developments impacting commercial insurance placements. Required Qualifications 3+ years' experience in the insurance industry, specifically in marketing required. (5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration). Active NYS P&C License Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Insurance industry designation or advanced professional training preferred. Experience with Applied EPIC preferred. Experience working with middle-market commercial accounts preferred. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
