Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Experience in an independent insurance agency environment. Technical proficiency in agency management systems and common office software. Clear communication skills for explaining complex coverage details to clients. Strong organizational habits for managing a pipeline of inquiries and renewals. Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is helpful, though not required. Responsibilities Identify the specific coverage needs of our clients to craft personalized insurance solutions. Review existing policies and recommend adjustments that provide better protection for our customers. Manage incoming requests and follow up with prospective clients in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our agency systems. Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
