We provide commercial insurance and surety bonds to new and established businesses nationwide. We are now expanding into the Trucking & Transportation Insurance market and are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer with a strong background in trucking insurance to help lead this expansion. This is an opportunity for the right person to join an established agency and play an important role in building and developing our trucking insurance department from the ground up. About the Position We are looking for an experienced trucking insurance professional who understands the transportation insurance market and knows how to quote, sell, and service trucking accounts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on trucking insurance experience and be able to help us develop the knowledge, processes, markets, and relationships necessary to successfully grow this division. We will provide leads and marketing support. Your expertise will help us turn those opportunities into successful trucking insurance accounts. Key Responsibilities Sell commercial insurance products to trucking and transportation businesses Work with leads provided by the agency to develop new trucking accounts Analyze customer operations and insurance needs Quote and place trucking insurance coverage Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, MGAs, and wholesalers Work with insurance markets to obtain competitive coverage and pricing Explain coverage options, limits, deductibles, and policy requirements to clients Develop and maintain a pipeline of trucking prospects Assist in establishing internal procedures and best practices for our trucking insurance department Help identify appropriate insurance markets for different types of trucking risks Stay current on trucking insurance requirements, market conditions, and industry trends Work closely with our existing team to integrate trucking insurance into our agency's operations Potentially assist with building and managing the trucking insurance team as the department grows Required Qualifications Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines license Professional experience selling and placing trucking/transportation insurance Strong understanding of commercial trucking insurance Proven ability to quote, sell, and close commercial trucking accounts Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of building a new line of business Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in an office environment Reliable and professional This is NOT an entry-level trucking insurance position. We are specifically looking for someone who already understands trucking insurance and can hit the ground running. You should be comfortable discussing trucking insurance with prospects, working with insurance markets, evaluating risks, and helping our agency develop the processes necessary to successfully enter this market. Compensation:

Compensation will be determined based on experience, trucking insurance expertise, and qualifications. All American Bonds and Insurance already has extensive experience in commercial insurance, particularly within the Auto Dealer and Construction industries .
