In this energetic role, you will manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and foster strong relationships across diverse markets. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of insurance products, ensuring they receive tailored coverage that meets their unique needs. We are looking for a proactive, communicative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Day-to-day servicing of commercial P&C customers: certificates, auto ID's, policy changes, policy questions Adhering to schedule of policy renewals Logging into carrier systems to retrieve policy documents or make policy changes Quoting new and renewal business in the carrier systems (or direct with underwriters) Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements Working directly with insureds via phone or email on any claims or policy issues they may have Requirements Working/practical knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance (Property, General Liability, Work Comp, Umbrella/Excess, Professional, EPLI, Cyber Liability, Commercial Auto, Etc.) Resident Michigan Property & Casualty License or Certification preferred (Producer, ARM, etc.) Working knowledge of a commercial agency management system (we use Applied Epic, but others are similar) Ability to navigate Microsoft 365 Applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Embark on a rewarding career where your insurance knowledge meets your passion for helping others protect what matters most.
