This is a remote/hybrid position most work can be done from home, but occasional in-person trainings and conferences are required for growth and exposure to the industry. Earn between $2,500 to $7,500 per month, depending on performance and experience. This is a commission-based role with opportunities for bonuses, overrides, and long-term residual income. Responsibilities Help clients identify life insurance and financial protection strategies that align with their goals. Educate individuals and families on wealth-building tools such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuities. Provide customized financial solutions, ensuring clients understand the value of tax-free wealth strategies. Attend in-person team trainings and national conferences to enhance professional growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up. Recruit, mentor, and develop new agents (optional leadership track available). Stay informed on industry updates, product changes, and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Experience Life and Health Insurance License (preferred; assistance available for qualified candidates). Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for personal and financial growth. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Comfortable using virtual tools (Zoom, CRM systems, and mobile applications). Willingness to travel periodically for training and networking events.
