Job Description
Job Overview We're seeking motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our fast-growing team as Life Insurance Brokers. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping families protect their financial future, build generational wealth, and learn strategies the wealthy use every day. This is a remote/hybrid position most work can be done from home, but occasional in-person trainings and conferences are required for growth and exposure to the industry. Earn between $2,500 to $7,500 per month, depending on performance and experience. This is a commission-based role with opportunities for bonuses, overrides, and long-term residual income. Responsibilities Help clients identify life insurance and financial protection strategies that align with their goals. Educate individuals and families on wealth-building tools such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and annuities. Provide customized financial solutions, ensuring clients understand the value of tax-free wealth strategies. Attend in-person team trainings and national conferences to enhance professional growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up. Recruit, mentor, and develop new agents (optional leadership track available). Stay informed on industry updates, product changes, and compliance requirements. Qualifications & Experience Life and Health Insurance License (preferred; assistance available for qualified candidates). Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for personal and financial growth. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Comfortable using virtual tools (Zoom, CRM systems, and mobile applications). Willingness to travel periodically for training and networking events.
