Life Insurance Broker

Phoenix LYFE is an independent team of licensed agents on a mission to help families build financial protection and generational wealth. This is not a traditional job. We are looking for driven individuals who are ready to own something, not just work somewhere. You will build your own book of business with hands-on training, mentorship, and a team that moves with purpose. You work toward your goals but never alone. You Own Your Book of Business Unlike captive agent roles, what you build here is yours. Your client relationships, your renewals, your legacy. You are not building someone else's asset. You are building your own. Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually or in person Educate families on life insurance and wealth protection strategies Build and grow your personal book of business Participate in ongoing training and professional development Recruit and mentor other agents (optional growth path) Requirements 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Life insurance license required or willingness to obtain one Strong communication skills Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented If you are not currently licensed, we guide you through the process step by step. Licensing and exam fees are paid directly by the applicant to state-approved providers. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Your income is tied directly to your production and consistency. Income is not guaranteed and results vary based on effort and activity. What you put in is what you get out and there is no ceiling on what that can look like.
