Theexperience you bring:
10- 12+ Years of Life Insurance Underwriting experience with proven proficiency in underwriting processes and philosophies 5+ Years of team management experience in an Underwriting capacity Ability to handle advanced decision level authorities without a co-signature ($15 Million or higher) Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally Critical thinking skills and attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events Ability to interpret meaning of information for others; translating or explaining what information means and how it can be used Ability to develop specific goals, plan, and prioritize work What makes you stand out: Bachelor's Degree BGA and Trial Experience Preferred Completion of FALU, CLU, FLMI or other insurance related course work #LI-AJ1
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $152,370.00- $186,230.
