This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. We will help set you up for success through a robust training program that includes on-the-job training, mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in underwriting, sales, finance, banking, customer service, or a position where relationship building was key.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk
• Ability to market and sell Great West Casualty Company products and services to insureds while partnering with agents.
