🔹 Underwriter (Onsite) 📍 Sioux Falls, SD | 🕒 M-F, 8:00-5:00 CST 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $54K-$56K + Benefits Day 1 A fast-growing working capital lending organization is hiring an experienced Underwriter to join its onsite team in Sioux Falls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-heavy environments and is comfortable making judgment calls in non-traditional lending scenarios.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate risk and review financial documentation for working capital loans Review, approve, and fund files that don't fit traditional loan models Ensure accuracy and compliance across all funding decisions Partner closely with sales and internal teams to drive deals to completion Mentor junior team members and contribute to lending policy discussions

What We're Looking For:

Experience in underwriting, finance, or risk assessment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work Comfortable with ambiguity, quick task-switching, and technology Confident decision-maker who is coachable and adaptable
