Job Description The Credit Products Underwriter III
- Commercial is primarily responsible for underwriting more complex financial transactions, including the financing of multiple business endeavors such as: investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee.
- The majority of your time will be spent conducting the complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including; investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee.
- Your day will consist of credit conversations, decision making, and communication with credit leadership and Relationship Managers.
- You will work efficiently to get deals approved while mitigating risk.
- You will prepare commitment reports for all of the multi-state markets supported by the lending center.
- You will have client-facing responsibilities, providing consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client.
- You will help mentor and train junior underwriters. Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of credit analysis/credit products underwriter experience; or 14+ years of equivalent work related experience.
