The ideal candidate will support office operations while assisting with underwriting tasks. This is a full-time, in-person position with excellent growth potential and on-the-job training provided.
Salary:
$60,000+ per year Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to): Analyze financial statements, credit reports, income documentation, and other client records. Assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions on loans, credit lines, or investment approvals. Communicate with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to collect necessary information. Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for approval or denial. Monitor loan performance and adjust risk models or criteria as needed.
