Experience using agency management systems to track performance and client data. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the office while ensuring we meet our growth targets and service standards. Mentor and guide the sales staff to ensure they feel supported and empowered to provide great advice to our clients. Identify local opportunities to expand our brand presence within the Woodbridge community. Review agency performance metrics to adjust strategies and maintain a healthy bottom line.
