JoyRide Logistics is hiring a hands-on Asset & Maintenance Manager to oversee trucks and trailers at our Phoenix yard and keep full visibility over equipment status, maintenance issues, and repairs. This is an executive role for someone who understands trucking operations and knows how to stay on top of multiple moving parts. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day status of trucks and trailers at the yard Track maintenance issues, repairs, and preventive maintenance Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, vendors, and operations Know which equipment is available, down, in repair, or waiting for service Follow up on open repairs and help minimize equipment downtime Maintain accurate maintenance and asset records Conduct yard checks and verify equipment status Identify recurring issues and escalate problems when needed What We're Looking For Experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, transportation, or a similar role Good working knowledge of trucks and trailers Strong organization and follow-up skills Comfortable working hands-on in a truck yard environment Ability to manage multiple maintenance issues at once and coordinate with technicians Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proactive, dependable, and accountable This role is ideal for someone who wants to be close to the operation and always know what is happening with the fleet, what needs attention, and what needs to happen next.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
