We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the Fund Formation Group/Corporate practice of a top big law firm as a mid-level associate in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role offers the chance to work closely with private equity sponsors and investors, focusing on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds. Additionally, you will gain valuable experience navigating the legal, regulatory, and compliance challenges faced by fund sponsors. We are seeking candidates with prior fund formation experience who are eager to contribute their expertise and grow within a dynamic and collaborative team. Required Experience:

2 to 5 years of fund formation experience at a peer Am law 100 firm. Delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with high-priority clients and investors. Experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and/or other types of funds. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and solid interpersonal skills. J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and outstanding academics. California bar license.
