Service Parts Portfolio Manager, PG&A The Service Parts Portfolio Manager, PG&A is responsible for strategy, management, and optimization of service parts and accessories throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate product data, inventory availability, dealer support, and operational excellence. This position serves as the subject matter expert for service parts, collaborating across service, purchasing, warranty, and dealer support functions to maintain product information integrity, resolve parts-related issues, support business growth, and enhance the overall dealer and customer experience. Accountabilities Sets service parts strategies to support PG&A and CFMOTO business requirements and serve as the subject matter expert for service parts. Establishes and maintains parts data in

ERP:

Pricing, min/max for order parameters, obsolesce and supersessions. Leads and maintains all parts catalogue data entry, ERP integration, updates, quality enhancements, and corrections. Serves as the service liaison for service and parts bulletins, coordinating part identification, pricing, and ordering. Collaborates with Dealer Support agents to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve dealer parts and accessory issues. Monthly reporting on Warranty replacement/scrapping and service parts inventory. Manages part and accessory lifecycles, proactively identifying and planning for product obsolescence. Conducts testing of parts and accessories as needed to verify reliability, durability, and proper fitment. Identifies warranty Backorder issues and trends for specialized ordering solutions. Collaborates with the Purchasing department to support parts-related needs and facilitate effective coordination with external vendors. Identifies replacement accessory parts and establish appropriate part numbers and pricing. Approves parts catalogues for final release to dealer network. Perform market and benchmark analysis for CFMOTO parts and accessories in the OEM Marketplace. Other duties as required Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 3-5 years' previous experience in similar role within the Powersports, Automotive or similar industry High technical aptitude Familiarity with powersports parts, accessories, and products Must be able to collaborate Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proficient with Word and Outlook Negotiation and dispute resolution skills Strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, dealers/customers and vendors at all levels in a cross-cultural setting Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities Commitment to continuous improvement, safety, teamwork and open communications A positive attitude, motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Proven problem solving, decision making and planning skills Demonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding to and adapting to change Promotes cooperation within the team and between teams Demonstrated ability to adapt to a challenging and developing environment; willingness to take on new responsibilities as our business evolves Additional Information All applicants must be eligible to work in the US Normal schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; ability to work required hours In office working conditions are normal for an office environment Requires use of office equipment such as computers, telephones, copy machines Required sitting and computer-related activities for extended periods of time Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Equipment operation requires specialized training and testing within CFMOTO standards The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of job-related factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, location and other business and organizational needs.
