About Us Streamline Water Services, LLC is a growing water transfer company serving the oil and gas industry in the Bakken. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient services while maintaining the highest standards for employee safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment management. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Safety & Asset Manager to oversee our safety program, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage company assets and fleet operations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, client, and company safety requirements. Manage contractor compliance platforms. Conduct employee safety orientations and ongoing training. Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions. Perform job site safety audits and inspections. Maintain safety records, certifications, and training documentation. Track company vehicles, trailers, and other assets. Monitor asset utilization and maintain accurate inventory records. Work closely with operations to ensure equipment readiness and regulatory compliance. Assist with safety meetings and promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization. Qualifications Experience in safety management or a related field. Proficiency with safety management software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
