assets. The Senior Investment Analyst will report to the Director of Investment Research. This position will be hybrid/virtual and based in the Newark, NJ office. The incumbent will serve as a senior member of the Investment Oversight Team, supporting and enhancing PBF's investment platform of registered and unregistered insurance separate account strategies. This highly visible role combines investment oversight, investment operations, client engagement, and sales support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing and growing the investment platform, supporting new business development efforts, servicing existing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the investment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales, relationship management, and leadership teams to support new business development efforts, client presentations, and due diligence meetings. Serve as an investment subject matter expert for clients, consultants, brokers, and prospects, communicating investment strategies, platform capabilities, and manager offerings. Develop and maintain investment-related presentations, marketing materials, performance reports, and RFP responses. Conduct investment manager research and support due diligence reviews of investment strategies and platform offerings. Monitor investment performance across separate account strategies and communicate market updates and results to stakeholders. Support investment governance processes, guideline monitoring, and compliance with regulatory and diversification requirements. Coordinate and lead quarterly investment review meetings with clients, brokers, investment managers, and internal committees. Support

stable value wrap programs, including engagement with internal and external partners. Support investment platform growth and modernization initiatives, including manager onboarding, operational improvements, reporting enhancements, and new product launches. Oversee investment-related reporting and operational processes, partnering with product, legal, actuarial, finance, and operations teams to support compliance, scalability, and client outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investments, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in investments, asset management, insurance, financial services, investment consulting, or a related field.
BOLI/COLI
experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of institutional investment products, including separately managed accounts, mutual funds, collective investment trusts, stable value products, and alternative investments. Experience supporting client-facing investment discussions, presentations, due diligence meetings, and business development efforts. Understanding investment operations, manager onboarding, reporting, and compliance processes. Series 6, Series 63, and Life & Health licenses required, or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe. Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as needed.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $96,200.00 to $158,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
