Responsibilities Develop and implement customized financial plans that encompass estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management tailored to each client's unique needs. Provide expert advice on securities law, financial regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards. Manage client portfolios by analyzing financial markets, conducting research, and recommending suitable investment products and strategies. Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and updates on market conditions. Assist clients with estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law considerations to protect their assets for future generations. Stay current with industry knowledge of financial regulations, securities law, and market trends to deliver accurate and compliant advice. Utilize advanced financial software and analytical tools to evaluate financial data, perform risk assessments, and optimize investment outcomes. Requirements Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a strong understanding of financial concepts including wealth management, asset management, and investment advisory services. Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and banking services expertise. Knowledge of FINRA regulations along with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and industry compliance standards. Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Proficiency in financial analysis, research techniques, and the use of financial software platforms. Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or equivalent credentials are highly preferred. Excellent math skills combined with a solid foundation in technical accounting, public accounting practices, and corporate finance principles.
