Job Description

Supports daily operations and functions of Navy Federal Investment Services (NFIS). Drives productivity, member experience, and revenue outcomes by reinforcing performance standards, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency. Provides coaching and oversight to team while supporting business initiatives through cross-functional partnership. Uses data insights and frontline perspective to improve performance and support execution of NFIS priorities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related field Experience supporting advisor performance, including coaching and production-based metrics Working knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and provide insights Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to operate in a regulated environment with sound judgment Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 7, 66, or combination of 63 & 65, Life & Health) Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 24 ) or ability to obtain or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date Desired Qualifications Professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 52 and Series 53)

1007 Electric Ave. Vienna, Virginia 22180 141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 9999 Willow Creek Road San Diego, CA 92131 9633 Levin Road NW, Suite 204 Silverdale, WA 98383 Support day-to-day operations across Investment Services, coordinating workflows and ensuring alignment to production, service, and quality standards Perform delegated supervisory and OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) functions, including review and approval of accounts and transactions in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Coach and guide team on business plans, production goals, and performance expectations Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (e.g., revenue, productivity, service quality); analyze trends and recommend improvements Support resolution of escalated member and advisor issues to ensure consistent service delivery and member satisfaction Conduct quality reviews of advisor interactions; provide feedback and support development and performance improvement Partner with NFCU business units and internal stakeholders to promote NFIS products and services, strengthen referral channels, and expand market presence through presentations, partnerships, and community engagement Support execution of strategic initiatives by translating priorities into actionable frontline activities Reinforce adherence to regulatory requirements and risk controls Maintain current knowledge of evolving systems, tools, and technology to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement efforts Perform other duties as assigned
