Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Preferred | Open to Remote - EST Candidates Only) CornerStone TTS is partnering on a cutting-edge digital asset and payments transformation initiative at the forefront of financial technology. We're seeking a senior-level Program/Project Manager who thrives in complex, emerging tech environments and can drive execution across digital assets, tokenization, and next-gen payment rails. This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of blockchain innovation, enterprise payments, regulatory strategy, and platform engineering-ideal for someone who can translate ambiguity into structured delivery and bring emerging concepts like stablecoins and tokenized deposits into real-world application. What You'll Be Driving You'll take ownership of a multi-workstream digital asset program, guiding initiatives from early-stage concept through proof-of-concept and production readiness. This includes aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing external fintech partnerships, and ensuring execution across technical, regulatory, and operational domains. What Makes This Opportunity Compelling Exposure to enterprise-scale digital asset strategy (stablecoins, tokenized deposits, modern payment rails) Direct interaction with executive stakeholders and innovation task forces Hands-on influence in shaping future-state financial infrastructure Collaboration with top-tier fintech partners, platform providers, and internal engineering teams What You'll Be Responsible For Program Leadership & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery across digital asset initiatives-from strategy through implementation Build and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones Drive execution across multiple parallel workstreams (technology, legal, risk, operations, partners) Cross-Functional Orchestration Serve as the central hub across enterprise stakeholders and innovation teams Partner with engineering to define solution flows, architecture considerations, and integration strategies Ensure alignment, accountability, and visibility across all workstreams FinTech & Vendor Ecosystem Management Coordinate with external partners including payment networks, blockchain platforms, and cloud/wallet providers Manage deliverables, technical artifacts, and evaluation processes (build vs. buy vs. partner) Ensure seamless collaboration between internal SMEs and external innovators Executive Communication & Governance Translate complex program activity into clear, concise executive-level updates Develop materials for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions Surface dependencies, tradeoffs, and strategic considerations effectively Risk & Regulatory Alignment Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to align delivery with evolving regulations Track governance milestones and ensure proper documentation and oversight Integrate regulatory considerations into program planning and execution Ideal Background We're targeting candidates who bring both deep program leadership experience and strong domain knowledge in modern payments or digital assets: 10+ years leading complex technology programs, ideally in financial services or payments ecosystems Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization, or real-time payment rails (RTP, FedNow, ACH, wires) Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Experience working with external fintech partners, vendors, and platform providers Strong understanding of regulated environments, risk frameworks, and compliance considerations Ability to bridge technical concepts and business strategy into executable plans Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
