Key Responsibilities Command Live Workflows:

Lead daily MAM operations with a focus on live event support, ensuring that media is ingested, logged, and moved through the pipeline with zero friction.

Architect Collaboration:

Serve as the primary bridge between clients, production teams, and engineering to ensure metadata accuracy and asset availability during high-pressure broadcasts. Drive System Evolution:

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Broadcast, or a related technical field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Media Asset Management (MAM) and 5+ years in a technical broadcast or digital media environment. Deep expertise in the content lifecycle - from camera capture and ingest to archive and distribution. Proven experience navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure environments typical of live sports, news, or entertainment. Mastery of MAM software, digital delivery tools, and a strong understanding of server/storage infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications Project Leadership:

Experience managing technical projects or system migrations.

Advanced Tools:

Familiarity with AI-driven tagging, automated QC workflows, or cloud-native MAM solutions
