Hybrid Compensation:

$80K - $105K + bonus The Opportunity An institutional investment platform is hiring an Senior Associate Asset Manager to support the oversight and performance of a portfolio of real asset-backed investments. This role sits at the intersection of finance, asset performance, and capital execution, partnering closely with senior team members on ongoing portfolio management initiatives. The position offers exposure to complex investment structures, cross-functional stakeholders, and high-visibility reporting within a scaled investment environment. What You'll Be Doing Support ongoing evaluation of investment performance through financial and operational data analysis Assist in managing the lifecycle of structured investments, including tracking key milestones and deliverables Partner with internal teams and external counterparties to coordinate funding activity and documentation workflows Analyze asset-level performance trends and contribute to internal recommendations Participate in preparation of recurring portfolio updates and executive-level reporting materials Review financial packages, budgets, and forward-looking projections tied to underlying investments Monitor adherence to key financial thresholds and structural requirements Help streamline reporting processes and improve data visibility across the portfolio Collaborate with legal, finance, and third-party advisors on active investment matters What They're Looking For 3-7+ years of experience in finance, investment analysis, asset management, or related environment Strong analytical skillset with ability to interpret financial and operational data Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets Exposure to structured investments, real assets, or credit strategies is helpful but not required Ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with multiple priorities Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Why This Role Broad exposure to institutional investment strategy and execution Opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio rather than a single asset or function Visibility to senior leadership and involvement in decision-support processes Platform is well-capitalized, growth-oriented, and actively deploying capital
