My client is a technology-led fund administration platform seeking a Private Equity Director. This is not a stereotypical fund administration role. You will combine technical fund accounting with client leadership, team development and process improvement, while helping clients leverage modern technology across complex closed-end fund structures.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a private equity fund accounting team Overseeing NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls and distributions Reviewing fee calculations, profit and loss allocations and performance reporting Managing the creation and maintenance of complex waterfall models Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Managing and developing client teams of up to 10 employees Resolving complex accounting enquiries escalated by junior team members Leading fund audits and ensuring their timely completion Managing new client onboarding and fund transitions Improving workflows, procedures and operational controls Supporting recruitment, training and performance evaluations Skills & Experience 7+ years of private equity or alternative fund accounting experience Strong knowledge of NAVs, allocations, waterfalls and financial reporting Experience managing clients and developing accounting teams Strong systems, analytical and problem-solving capabilities Investran experience is advantageous Apply Now
